ABOUT THE EVENT
Banquet meal includes:
Mulled wine on arrival

- Sourdough Bread and Smoked Butter
- House Gin Cured Salmon on Crostini with crème fraiche and chervil or Confit cherry tomato, caramelised onion and goats cheese tarts (remove cheese for Vegan)
Mains
- Porchetta roast with spiced cherry port sauce and crackling

- Roast Pumpkin, pomegranate, winter salad (V, GF)

- Crispy roast potatoes, rosemary and thyme  (V)
- Maple glazed roasted carrots (V)
